CBO ARCHITECTS

The site is located in a small industrial town centre Albino, Italy. The regeneration and revitalization , through the introduction of new economical and social activity, of a disused industrial complex , (Italcementi Guffanti) cement manufacturing, was the core of our proposal.

The proposal was aimed to create flexible spaces to provide the small local business an HUB.

This approach, in our opinion, would created a sustainable economy in the area in terms of products and occupation. The regeneration of the site in its overall see the creation of outdoor spaces equipped spaces to attract tourist due to geography and the outstanding naturalistic value of the site.
