Our undertaking involved the complete refurbishment of a spacious 3-bedroom flat nestled within a stunning 1930s Art Deco mansion.
The flat underwent a comprehensive redesign, with a focus on creating en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom. Notably, the kitchen, previously confined to a small and narrow space, has been transformed into a spacious yet cozy open-plan area.
CBO took the lead as the design team, orchestrating all facets of the project alongside the implementation of new mechanical and electrical services, as well as alterations to structural elements. The space was adorned with carefully selected high-end finishes and bespoke joinery features, contributing to its meticulous aesthetic.
The result is a warmly welcoming ambiance that seamlessly blends the practicality of a well-designed layout with a timeless and enduring appeal.
