Liverpool Street Flat – Compact Elegance by CBO Architects

In this project, CBO Architects transformed a compact 40 sqm flat in the heart of Liverpool Street into a stylish, functional urban retreat. Despite the spatial constraints, we reimagined the layout to optimize flow and usability, creating a harmonious living environment that feels both expansive and intimate.

Our design includes bespoke joinery solutions tailored to every corner of the flat—living area, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. Each piece is crafted to maximize storage and utility while maintaining a seamless, modern aesthetic. We focused on celebrating humble materials, bringing them to life with meticulous design and refined finishes that elevate the space.

The result is a thoughtfully designed flat that combines practical living with contemporary elegance
